NASHVILLE-The Tennessee Titans concluded the regular season with a convincing 33-14 win at home over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Sunday, as running back Eddie George rushed for 87 yards. George, a landscape architecture graduate from Ohio State University also caught four passes for 45 yards. With the victory the Titans improved to 12-4 and earned the fifth seed in the AFC playoffs. On Jan. 3 at 4:30 p.m. EST the Titans will play a first round playoff game at the Baltimore Ravens. For the season George rushed for 1,031 yards, the seventh time in eight seasons he eclipsed the 1,000 yard mark. He also reached another milestone, as he reached 10,009 rushing yards for his career.
