Various economic reports from the government do not fill one with confidence, but at worst they suggest an economy muddling along as housing holds on to modest gains over the past several months.
Congress passed an extension of the 2001 and 2003 tax cuts, plus a set of expiring housing-related tax provisions. Any legislation that helps out the housing industry would be welcome news for landscape professionals.
