Doral Park is one of Miami-Dade County's Special Assessment Multipurpose Maintenance District. Currently maintenance is performed on the main entrance focal points, to include the lakes and fountains, as well as the swales and medians within the district. Crews provide services such as irrigation repairs, wall painting, pick sticking, pressure cleaning, landscape maintenance, tree trimming and fertilization. In order to perform this maintenance a staff comprised of a Landscape Technician Supervisor 3, an Automotive Equipment Operator and three Landscape Technicians are required.
