The ASLA?EUR??,,????'?????<???EUR?s Council of Fellows selects a class of fellows each spring. Now is the time to nominate a professional who has made an outstanding contribution to the field of landscape architecture.
Nominations for the 2006 Class of Fellows close on Feb. 17. The Fellows jury meets in March.
The number of members elected yearly to Fellow is not limited in any way.
Election is based solely on professional excellence and outstanding accomplishments as represented in the nomination materials presented for each nominee. Fellows are elected based on their contributions in one of four categories:
Each submission should be clear and specific, highlighting the nominee?EUR??,,????'?????<???EUR?s single best effort and work across all aspects of his/her career as a landscape architect.
The person who researches, writes and prepares the submission is acting as the nominee?EUR??,,????'?????<???EUR?s speechwriter and public relations specialist. The author of the submission should be a person who knows the nominee well, and who is comfortable writing about very specific and unique aspects of the nominee?EUR??,,????'?????<???EUR?s work and professional career.
The nominee should completely familiarize themselves with the submission requirements to better understand the depth of what needs to be included in each nomination and within each category. An outstanding submission can take up to two months to prepare.
