"Design on the Delaware" Call for Presentations

The Philadelphia chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), in conjunction with other regional AIA chapters and affiliated organizations in design and construction in the Delaware Valley region, present the 3rd annual Design on the Delaware Conference, November 4-5, 2005 at the Wyndham Franklin Hotel in Philadelphia, Pa.

The education sessions focus on current issues, practices, and professional challenges facing architects, designers, landscape architects, builders, business leaders and affiliated professionals in the building industry. Some 250 design professionals and leaders are expected to be present.

The conference is seeking presentation proposals. The majority of the conference sessions are 60-minute concurrent seminars, though some involve tours. The most popular formats are short lectures, case studies and panel presentations. Deadline for proposal submittals is May 10, 2005, 5 p.m. EST.
