  UCLA Extension is offering a half-day course called ?EUR??,,????'??Navigating the Bureaucracy,?EUR??,,????'?? meeting Saturday July 24 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Rm. 2004 of the Extension Lindbrook Center in Westwood. The course shows landscape architects how to get their plans approved when dealing with various levels of bureaucracy. Topics covered include: ?EUR??,,????'???? requirements for providing professional services to government agencies; ?EUR??,,????'???? obtaining a building permit ?EUR??,,????'???? best building practices Instructors for the course are Michael O?EUR??,,????'???Brien, Kathryn Cerra, Jim Smith, and Kevin Golden.
