Cook With Gas, Wood or Charcoal on a Single Grill

Kalamazoo Hybrid Fire Grill is a gas grill that also cooks with charcoal and wood. Changing fuels is as easy as opening a drawer. When empty, the special perforations and angled design of the Hybrid Fire Grilling Drawer diffuses the heat from the burners for convenient gas-only cooking. Place a bed of charcoal or wood in the hybrid drawer for an authentic live fire cooking experience.

Most grills allow you to cook with gas, wood, or charcoal, but not all three at the same time. That's where Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet Hybrid Fire Grill comes in, according to Megan Willett, Business Insider. With its deep firebox, it enhances the heat of conventional grilling, and can slow cook at 150 degrees, or sear meat at 1,200 degrees.

The grill grates are customized with patterns designed specifically for grilling vegetables, fish and meat. The grill comes with a deep clean-out bin to capture the grease and debris from cooking that's much easier to handle than the standard, cookie-tray designs.

The grills are formed, welded, finished and assembled in the Michigan-based factory. Each grill is custom-made to your specifications.

Gas, charcoal and wood can be used in any combination over the entire grill. Cast brass burners weigh in at 14 pounds each and offer 25,000 BTUs of awesome gas grill power.

Deep fire box engineering delivers a more even heat at the grill grate and more dynamic heat circulation for roasting and smoking. Custom, laser-cut grill grates create amazing grill marks in a selection of patterns optimized for different types of food.
