Congress Releases FY 97 Construction Budget

 

Before the 104th Congress adjourned, President Clinton signed into law seven separate appropriation measures and one catchall measure, which bundled together the remaining six appropriations bills in time to meet the September 30 deadline. This chart represents budgets, as of October 4, for federal construction for Fiscal Year 1997 (in millions of dollars).
