Class Fund scholarships are open to undergraduate and graduate students

The CLASS Fund was founded in 1980 by landscape architects, contractors, and suppliers who wanted to give back to the industry they loved and worked in. Since then, CLASS fund has awarded over $500,000 in scholarships, internships, and research grants to over 350 recipients studying landscape architecture, horticulture, irrigation and other industry-related curriculums.
Class Fund scholarships are open to undergraduate and gradaute students enrolled in accredited programs. The program recognizes promising students with outstanding accomplishments and promise in the profession.
University Program

Six $2500 scholarships are offered annually for students enrolled in a landscape architecture curriculum - two at Cal Poly Pomona, two at UC Davis, and two at Cal Poly SLO (one a memorial student scholarship, honoring Alec Balliet - a talented passionate, and giving student and colleague from
Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
Landscape Architecture Program
Six $1,500 scholarships are offered annually for students enrolled in the landscape architecture programs at UCLA, USC, and UC Berkeley (two for each institution).
Ornamental Horticulture /
Irrigation Science Program
Three $2,500 scholarships are offered annually for students enrolled in ornamental horticulture or irrigation science curriculums - one at Cal Poly Pomona, one at Cal Poly SLO, and one at UC Davis.
A 501(c)(3) organization, CLASS Fund
brings the industry together through interaction, fellowship, and educational support for the future of our allied professions.
