CELA schools that are full-time faculty members that qualify for CLARB certification and/or licensure in the board's jurisdictions are eligible to submit proposals. Applications are due by 5:00 p.m. eastern time on Aug. 11.

"Faculty members bring invaluable academic expertise and real-world teaching experience to the profession, and we're committed to making the licensure pathway as accessible and supportive as possible," said CLARB Director of Programs, Emily Bogstie, "This partnership with CELA represents our belief that when educators become licensed practitioners, it strengthens the classroom experience for students, the overall landscape architecture profession, and efforts to protect public health, safety and well-being."

CLARB and CELA had announced their collaborative partnership in May through the signing of a memorandum of agreement (MOU) that would advance the profession through "education, research, practice and public service."
