California to Host IAAPA Conference

The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) is the largest international trade association for permanently situated amusement facilities and attractions.

The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) will hold their Tools of the Trade: Midway Games event May 21st – 22nd in Anaheim, California.

The conference, geared toward midway games managers and directors is designed to foster the sharing of best practices on how parks set up and operate midway games, including how to "flash" a games area.

Participants will attend a two-day event filled with educational and networking opportunities, as well as tours of the games operations at Knott's Berry Farm, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Universal Studios Hollywood, and Disney California Adventure.

This is an opportunity for games professionals to meet people from other attractions, develop and strengthen their network of trusted colleagues, and to discuss the latest games trends and hot topics.
