The new South Gondola Lot parking garage provides efficient parking for visitors to the Gondola at Breckenridge Ski Resort and Main Street downtown. The addition of this facility will improve the parking capacity and traffic efficiency along Park Avenue and will also expand multi-modal circulation on-site with an extension to the bike and pedestrian recreational path through the Town. This recreational path also extends to a plaza along the river, providing a place to gather.
