Richard Burck Associates (RBA), Somerville, Mass., is comprised of seven design professionals. For the BCA competition, the RBA principal was landscape architect Richard Burck, FAAR (Fellow of the American Academy in Rome); the project manager was Lisa Giersbach, ASLA. The BCA said the project team for the next phase of development will include Burck and Giersbach of RBA and Steven Cecil of the Cecil Group of Boston, BCA’s client representative.
