Recently sold foreclosed homes are having a positive impact on landscape contractors in certain parts of the country. Arizona landscape contractor company Arroyo Vista Landscape & Design estimates 30 to 40 percent of its current business comes from newly-bought foreclosed homes.

Although many businesses in Arizona still suffer from the repercussions of the housing crisis, some Arizona landscape contractors said business is looking up. Instead of credit, they?EUR??,,????'???re writing checks right out of their bank account.?EUR??,,????'??
