The Expo is this Wednesday and Thursday
It?EUR(TM)s Time to go to the Expo!!

Here's What You Need to Know:
(Getting your badge, parking, hotels, seminar map, and everything you need to know before the show).

Check In Opens at 7:00am
Check in at the front of Exhibit Hall A to get you badge.
The hall doors open at 9:00am (8:00am seminar attendees not affected). The Landscape Expo - Anaheim - September 20th & 21st

How to Get Your Badge:
If you are attending without a Conference Package, go to Exhibit Hall A, look for
the signs marked "Express Sign-In." Give them your name and they will hand you your badge.

You are invited
to the After Party on Wednesday
The Landscape Expo - Anaheim - September 20th & 21st

Join TLE at the After Hours Reception inside the Exhibit Hall from 4:00pm - 7:00pm. Meet with friends and clients for drinks, appetizers, games, live music, and the video booth.

Coming to TLE Late?
Registration will be open until 6:00pm for late party goers.
Exhibitors and VIP guests will be leading exhibit hall tours throughout the party.

VIP Conference Attendees

A) You should have received your hotel confirmation from cmccarthy@landscapearchitect.com. Please reach out to Cindy if you have any questions (714-979-5276 x142). *The Sheraton is Sold Out, so some of you may be in the Hilton, which is also next door to the Convention Center.

B) If you are arriving anytime between 7:00 am and 4:00pm Tuesday or Wednesday you can go to Exhibit Hall A to pick up your registration materials and swag bag there, OR drop by the Sheraton from 4:00pm - 7:00pm on Tuesday evening, pick up your packet and have a snack and drink on TLE!

Parking, Exhibit Hall 'A' and Hotels
The main parking structure is off Katella and has a 6'8" height limit. Oversized vehicles should enter off West Street. There is also limited oversized parking in the Sheraton parking lot off Harbor Blvd.

If you are attending seminars, you can find the locations of your seminars on your Badge.
All seminars are inside the exhibit hall.

Electric Equipment Testing
The Landscape Expo - Anaheim - September 20th & 21st

If you want to test electric equipment from B&M, Milwaukee and Greenworks, you will have to sign a waiver to operate the equipment with supervision. Eye protection (supplied by the exhibitors) is required.
Open from 10:00am - Noon and 1:00pm - 3:00pm daily.

Getting CEUs?

Make sure to sign the attendance form before the start of the seminar.
They are located directly outside each seminar room.

APLD, PGMS, QWEL, IA, and NALP are self-reported through their appropriate sites.
ISA, DPR, and LA CES/HSW will be reported by TLE. Attendee sign in is required.
For DPR credits, TLE will provide a course completion cert within 15 business days.

*Attendees of 8:00am seminars, please arrive early to ensure sufficient time to receive your badge.
