WASHINGTON, D.C. - The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) is accepting nominations for its second annual Outstanding Projects and Leaders (OPAL) Awards program until November 30, 2000. The OPAL awards program brings international recognition to civil engineers and outstanding engineering projects.
