Arizona City Wants to Go Green

Chandler, Ariz. officials want to encourage remodeling projects that conserve energy or use recyclable materials, and that could include rebates as an incentive to homeowners. ?EUR??,,????'?????<

The city already offers rebates up to $200 for homeowners who install or convert to water-conserving landscaping. No proposals for green remodeling are officially on the table, but officials want to hear from the public on this and other energy and environmental issues.
