Aquarius Brands, Inc. has changed the company name to Jain Irrigation, Inc.

Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. is based in Jalgaon, India. The corporate chairman is Bhavarlal H. Jain.

Jain is a diversified company with more than 6,000 employees and sales in excess of $350 million. Jain Irrigation pioneered drip irrigation for small farmers in India. Jain is listed on the Mumbai stock exchange with approximate market value of USD $850 million and is the second largest manufacturer of micro irrigation systems in the world.

Aquarius is a leading designer and manufacturer of micro-irrigation systems for agriculture, landscape and nursery applications. The former Aquarius has manufacturing facilities in Ontario and Fresno, Calif., Winterhaven, Fla. and Watertown, N.Y.
