HARRISBURG ?EUR??,,????'??? The Association of Professional Landscape Designers (APLD) recently elected its Board of Directors for 2003. Linda Engstrom was elected president of the Board. Engrstrom?EUR??,,????'???s main goal as president of APLD is to reach out regionally with membership. APLD currently has a membership close to 1,000. Pat Ouderkirk was elected vice president.
