In December President Bush signed a measure into law to regulate ammonium nitrate, which has been used in terrorist attacks, including the 1995 bombing of the Murrow Building in Oklahoma City.
The new rules ?EUR??,,????'?????< Under the new rules, the Department of Homeland Security will require that anyone who produces, stores, sells or distributes ammonium nitrate must register their facility and maintain records of sales.
