This bill is a successor to AB325, with amendments such as:

• Reduction in the maximum water allowance ET adjustment factor from .8 to .7 that will change plant palette choices and mandate the use of drip irrigation.
• Projects affected include and landscape 2,500 sq. ft and larger….
• Require the use of smart timers
• Mandatory water audits prior to certificates of occupancy

Dave Pagano will be providing a summary of the bill and commentary on its impact. The entire audience is encouraged to take place in a town hall type discussion about this legislation.
