Vista Professional Outdoor Lighting recently introduced the 1050 Series Chip-on-Board floodlights. Designed for highlighting architectural and landscape features, the 1057 and 1059 up and accent luminaires use COB LED technology for high quality, controlled light output.

With the integration of this LED technology, specifiers no longer have to sacrifice light quality when choosing an LED luminaire. The 1057 Series light is powered by Cree's CXA1830 LED bulb, while the 1059 light features a Cree CXA3050 LED bulb. Cree LEDs have a high lumen output for color and uniformity. They are cost-efficient, thanks to their their long life.

"Cree has been a trusted name in the LED lighting industry for more than 20 years, and we're proud to partner with such a reputable company," said Cruz Perez, Vista's vice president of sales and marketing. "The 1050 Series floodlights provide superior quality and control of light."

Both the 1057 and 1059 Series lights are suitable for outdoor and indoor applications. They're unique cutoff distributions eliminate glare commonly found in other LED offerings, allowing people to sit in close proximity to the lights without being bothered.

The lights were also designed to be aesthetically pleasing for a wide variety of applications, and they come equipped with dimmable drivers. The COB floodlights are offered in three lighting distributions: spot, medium flood and wide flood. They can be ground, wall or ceiling mounted onto a variety of substrates including concrete, tile or landscape materials. For more information visit www.vistapro.com.

"The COB Floodlight Series luminaires offer unprecedented quality and control, whether pointing up or down, placed inside or outside, and even in wet weather," said Perez. "It's a game changer for, and we're proud to be leading the industry in this new direction."
