A new gardening innovation that combines practicality and portability, the Garden on Wheelz is a mobile, raised garden bed that looks like a wheelbarrow. The award-winning product offers adjustable heights, and its mobility helps gardeners maximize the sunlight they receive and increase the available growing season by starting the seeds indoors. It is designed for settings with minimal space including, patios, balconies or sunrooms in homes, apartments, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, schools and after-school programs. Because it can be adjusted from 30.5 inches to 37 inches high, kids, the elderly, the physically challenged and people in wheel chairs can have access to it. Other features include a self-contained watering reservoir and a built-in water recycling system, which catches nutrient rich run-off into the watering can positioned inside the storage bin below. The unit is made of UV-resistant, food grade plastic and offers 5.25 cubic feet of garden space which can grow more than 30 pounds of fresh produce per year according to the National Gardening Association.
