SYNLawn SYNBermuda 200 and SYNRye 250 have received Class One fire rating (ASTM E 648), offering increased safety when artificial grass is installed on playgrounds or other fire sensitive applications. Those two infill-free artificial lawn products are deemed to be fire safe for installations in both outdoor and indoor settings. Other companies must add infill in their products to make them safe. These synthetic grasses are made of fire safe nylon requiring no infill.

The tests were conducted by the renowned Testing Services International Inc., in full compliance with government (ASTM) standards. It's expected that the new certification will have immediate impact on the industry.
