ASLA chapters across the country are sponsoring various public outreach activities to commemorate Landscape Architecture Month. The Illinois ASLA Chapter is collaborating with the city of Chicago and its partners to plant one to two trees at each of 50 selected schools around Chicago. This event will include an educational session targeting primarily 4th grade students about how to care for trees and the outdoor environment. The event will happen on multiple dates in April.
