Syngenta Professional Products says its Monument herbicide is now labeled for control of more than 43 weeds?EUR??,,????'?????<??oe24 additional ones have been added. A revised EPA-approved label has added 24 new pests to the list of those controlled by the product, which already offered proven control of all major species of sedge, green kyllinga, oxalis and numerous other weeds.
Monument also is now labeled for use on Bermudagrass and zoysiagrass golf putting greens. ?EUR??,,????'?????<?Monument already has proven its value in providing optimal overseeding transition. This revised label only makes it a more versatile and powerful tool for turf managers,?EUR??,,????'?????<? said Dave Ross, Ph.D., technical manager.
The newly added weeds include: annual sedge, black medic, Carolina geranium, cat’s ear dandelion, cock’s-comb kyllinga, common chickweed, corn speedwell, creeping indigo, field pansy, globe sedge, ground ivy, hairy buttercup, hop clover, khakiweed, lawn burweed, lawn pennywort, little barley, mouseear chickweed, narrowleaf cudweed, parsley piert, rabbitsfoot clover, rescuegrass, shepherd’s purse, and wild garlic.
