New Home Sales

 
New home sales in the U.S grew by 4.6% from October 2022 to October 2023. However the 578,000 units sold is 5.8% less than the 614,000 units sold in 2021. The Northeast region experienced the most significant increase at 9.5% as the South and West regions increased by 5.8% and 2.5% respectively. However, the Midwest was the only region to experience a drop with a 0.3% decrease year-to-year.
