Shanghai Gemdale Tianjing, Shanghai, China

The design approach for the Sheshan Tianjing development was to create a visually appealing, conservation-style landscape with an ecologically-informed urban planting scheme for residents to enjoy year round. A regenerative design strategy was implemented to transform the site into a living system, offering ecological aspects that interconnect numerous existing natural areas and conservation lands. (This project was managed by Mr. Hostetler when he was affiliated with HZS.)
