Lincoln Station Lofts, Denver

Yow Architects provided landscape architecture, architecture and project management services for a new luxury apartment complex near the South Denver Lincoln Station (light rail). The project is now under construction. The developer's intent is to provide units for young professionals with convenient amenities and access to downtown Denver. Beginning with conceptual design to final construction documents, the landscape architect was involved in imaging and site design solutions for this downtown connection.

Pikes Peak Hospice and Palliative Care, Colorado Springs

From inception to final design the landscape architects' role was to provide a space for patients, meeting the goals and overall direction of the palliative care facility. Through sensory gardens and space planning, outdoor spaces were derived to assist in the specific needs and associated specialized care for hospice patients. Yow Architects also provided architectural and project management services.
