Course Description
This course will give attendees an update on pesticide laws and regulations, the Department of Pesticide Regulation in general, and policy will also be discussed.

Biography
For the last 30 years Cynthia Ray has worked in the licensing unit for the California Department of Pesticide Regulation (CDPR), and is currently the supervisor. At one time or another she has worked in every department within the licensing unit. Ray is sought after pesticide speaker, and also proctor's the qualified applicator exams.
