Course Title: Low Water Use Cycads
Course Description: Cycads as Living Sculptures:
Our goal is to well-grown, healthy and rare cycads, while in the same time increasing the worldwide population these endangered plants through artificial propagation and other legal means. We do this by importing legally from overseas sources, propagating in the USA, and selling these plants to you at favorable prices. Cycads have survived the ice ages, comets hitting the earth and rampaging dinosaurs. Learn why we believe people should grow and nurture the remaining cycads on the planet.
Ultimately, we will have achieved a measure of success, if in the coming years: There will be ample seed-grown plants of all sizes available to home gardeners at reasonable prices.
Wild cycad populations will become intriguing places to visit, examine and study, not places to harvest.
