Biography:

Bob Baier brings over 45 years of landscape production experience in landscape maintenance, irrigation management, irrigation retrofit, planting renovation and resolving difficult soil related conditions. As Technical Director for the AQUASave??????oe Network, Bob is responsible for implementation of the innovative GPS Audit and landscape irrigation management projects.

Course Description:

A review of the AB-1881 retrofit design concept goals

Building the AQUASave??????oe Network member design team

The unique challenges of meeting the AB-1881 retrofit design concepts when producing a landscape retrofit project.

Irrigation control and distribution systems to meet the AB-1881 water runoff control and water conservation management concepts

Plant palette selection for sustainability and demonstration purposes

A special feature of this presentation will be a description of the GPS Pre-Design Audit that was utilized to produce a digital base sheet plan showing the existing irrigation system.

Course (2) Title: MAINTAIN AB-1881 Maintenance & Management

Course Description: Based on the AB-1881 concepts applied on the Golden State Water Conservation Demonstration Garden Design concepts, products and services from 17 AQUASave??????oe Network members will be featured.
