Victoria Bowles has been a professional landscape designer for 10 years, certified by the two-year Landscape Design curriculum at Saddleback College, Mission Viejo, Orange County, California. She has designed and/or installed numerous landscapes in Orange, Riverside, Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties.
