Biography:
Bruce K. Wilson, co-founder and a senior partner of Wilson/Oyler Group, enjoys one of the most well respected careers in the landscape industry today. A 30-year veteran of the industry, his innovative business techniques, strong operations background, and hands-on management style firmly position him to lead the industry to the next level..
Before partnering with Thomas L. Oyler to form Wilson/Oyler Group, which specializes in business assessment strategies and solutions for sustained growth, Wilson, as President of Environmental Care, Inc from 1979 to 2000, led the company to become the first $100 million Landscape Maintenance Company in the world. Raising the bar for other maintenance companies, he is considered one of the industry?EUR??,,??s most influential leaders.
Throughout his tenure at Environmental Care, not content with just building a landscape maintenance giant, Wilson also created a Golf Course Maintenance Division, Arborist Division, an Irrigation Service Division, and an Interiorscape Division, positioning Environmental Care as the first national multi-service company. All the while, he created value added propositions for Environmental Industries Inc., the parent company of Environmental Care.
Currently, he is actively consulting for many of the leading Landscape Companies in the country, is a columnist for Landscape Management, and he and his partner Tom Oyler are conducting the very successful Success Series of Seminars developed to drive success for industry companies and their employees.
Complementing his extensive list of credentials, Bruce Wilson has been active in several industry trade associations, including PLCAA, NAA, PGMS, CLCA and GSAA and speaks at many industry events. He is also a past Chairman of ALCA?EUR??,,??s Landscape Maintenance Division and has served on the ALCA Board.

Learn how to turn irrigation technicians to revenue producers; Equipment and Fleet Management: Learn to prolong equipment life, repair/replace and buy versus lease decision making, life cycle costing, Operator Maintenance Accountability and Certification of Operators; Enhancement Management: Most companies are good at selling aesthetic enhancements, but few are successful in maximizing up-selling opportunities while managing cost and producing the work efficiently.
