Hidden Lakes

Hidden Lake is a 150-acre community in Tracy, Calif. The residential communities share a recreational park, a mile-long bikeway and walkway, an elementary school and the focus of the village, a 10-acre lake. The concept is one of small individual residential neighborhoods, all of which are accessed from a collector loop road that surrounds an attractive lake. A specific range of lot sizes are planned where homes of similar size and value will be grouped in cozy neighborhoods. The well-planned shape of the 10-acre lake provides for a maximum number of lakefront lots while still achieving an acceptable level of privacy.

Mariposa Lakes

Mariposa Lakes is a 3,800-acre residential and mixed-use community in Stockton, Calif. The design includes over 10,000 residential units, three retail villages, six schools, and a high school, AMTRAK Station, community college, and professional/business and industrial parks. Mariposa Lakes also includes 250 acres of neighborhood and community parks as well as 310 acres of open space. The environmental key to the community is its 190 acres of interconnecting lakes that will form the heart of the community?EUR??,,????'???s unique water management and recharge plan.

University Circle

University Circle is a 22.8-acre facility located at the epicenter of the Silicon Valley at Highway 101 and University Avenue. This East Palo Alto complex of 450,000 square feet of premium office space and a 240-room hotel and conference center are built over a parking structure. Automobile and pedestrian areas are separated and parking is hidden. Central to the design is an impressive fountain complex that includes a seat high wall, fountain basin and computer controlled jets and water effects.
