This retail and entertainment center is located in Riverside County, Calif. It occupies a 113-acre site, 1.2 million square foot under roof, and includes native plant mitigation of the St. Joseph Wash riparian/slope habitat restoration. This site also features several pedestrian corridor links, restaurant(s) plaza(s), hardscape and softscape for all commercial/retail buildings, and relocation of sixteen (16) specimen oaks. Approximately 80% of plant material is native or water efficient.
