Park Plaza, Roseville

This new 14-acre shopping center design included all landscape and hardscape areas, including four individual plazas. The main plaza is the terminus of the promenade through the adjacent Community Park from the surrounding neighborhoods. The shopping center is pedestrian friendly in hopes of encouraging people enjoying the park, and the nearby residents to walk to the center.

Duke Davis Community Park, Roseville

Design solutions for this 5-acre neighborhood park include: a cleverly disguised well site to look like a residence and the incorporation of a low impact water attraction and streambed. The site also included group picnic structures, open turf area and a play mound. The field area was ?EUR??,,????'??depressed?EUR??,,????'?? by using mounds to discourage errant balls from leaving the field and allow for spectator seating.

Serrano, El Dorado Hills

This upscale community uses reclaimed water for irrigation of the 200-acre, 18-hole championship golf course as well as the seven miles of streetscapes, 1,000 acres of natural open space, creeks, oak groves, greenbelts and trail corridors. Preliminary site development packages were developed for the Village Green as well as construction documents for the Clubhouse, streetscapes, Village entries, and park sites. 50,000 new trees have been planted.
