Emerald Glen Park, Dublin

An update of the Emerald Glen Park master plan and parking study for the 50-acre park and development of Phase II and Phase III features, soccer fields, a cricket pitch, bocce ball courts, restrooms, corporate yard, street improvements. It also includes a grand circular arbor with a group picnic area with 200 seats, a gateway water feature with integrated public art, a creekside mini-arboretum of native plants.






The Carneros Inn, Napa

The Carneros Inn, a PlumpJack Resort, is a 27-acre property that was created to provide an intimate atmosphere reminiscent of its unique Napa surroundings - including barns, silos, and ranchers?EUR??,,????'??? cottages. The development includes a town center, restaurants, single-family homes and rental cottages with private gardens. The Carneros Inn is designed with amenities such as pools, spas, meeting and banquet facilities, gardens and an apple orchard.






Hitachi Corporate Campus, Santa Clara

Carducci and Associates, Inc. updated Hitachi Data Systems?EUR??,,????'??? 3.25-acre campus landscape to create a retreat for employees and extend the company?EUR??,,????'???s innovative spirit outside of the office. The entrance to the corporate campus is marked by a red Tori gate, which signifies the company?EUR??,,????'???s cultural roots and corporate culture.






Marvell Corporate Campus, Santa Clara

To meet the needs of Santa Clara, the Landscape Master Plan incorporates feng shui principles and supports the creative cycle and innovation by providing a landscape where employees interact with the natural elements of fire, earth, metal, water and wood. Water features, stone, paving, planting, color and professional art pieces are arranged as a dynamic place that employees can experience as individuals, in small groups, and in all-hands meetings with the company founder.
