12% of Landscape Architecture Firms Surveyed Report Above Average Billable Hours for 1st Quarter?EUR??,,????'?????<




About 18 percent of the landscape architecture firms surveyed expect business conditions will spur growth in their practices by the 2009 third quarter, but 45 percent don?EUR??,,????'?????<

According to an economic survey by the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), two percent of reporting landscape architecture firms said their first quarter billable hours were well above average compared to the 2008 fourth quarter. Nearly 10 percent (9.9%) of firms said their billable hours were slightly above average.

26.9% slightly below average
45.2% well below average

The first quarter national survey was conducted April 8-20, with 408 firms responding.
