7 New Properties

TORONTO, CANADA

One of the world's leading luxury hotel and resort operators recently announced their expansion. The Four Seasons Hotels Inc. plans to open seven more properties around the world over the next three years.

The properties will include a ski resort in Whistler, British Columbia, which will open with resort operator and developer Intrawest Corporartion, Other properties include resorts in the Bahamas at Great Exuma; Guanacaste, Costa Rica; Cote d'Azur, France; and San Miguel, Puerto Rico. The company also plans to open urban hotels in Alexandria, Egypt, and Beirut, Lebanon. Four Seasons Hotels currently manages 47 properties in 19 countries.

``This is an exciting time for Four Seasons, as we undergo the largest expansion in our 40-year history,'' said Isadore Sharp, Four Seasons chairman and chief executive.
