Developed specifically for the swimming pool industry our patented pozzolan blended cement offered the pool plasterers greater durability workability and increased cement strength. With the success of Universal Blended White Cement Universal has researched and developed other high performance products and admixtures for the pool market and white cement pre-cast and construction industry. Universal White Cement Company has always strived to use the best materials available in developing and producing all of our products. In 1996 Universal White Cement Company contracted Penn State University to research the effects of our pozzolan blends on cementitious materials.
