The 48 in. water bowl is a big, bold, and beautiful statement piece. Available in 12 colors with a stainless steel dome (brass not available in this size), water flows up through the center of the dome and over the reflective, hand-spun metal surface, creating light and flowing sound. Each handmade metal dome is unique, with variations that produce beautiful water movement and reflections. The 48 inch bowl is a perfect hemisphere. Our unique Solus concrete boasts high compressive strength (> 10,000 psi), allowing for an elegant yet durable design with a rim measuring just one inch. These hemispherical concrete bowls provide a solid aesthetic counterpoint to the luster of the domes. Each dome is securely attached to a support within the concrete vessel. These self-contained features require no exterior plumbing, only an electrical point. An exterior water outlet with a float apparatus can be modified at the time of purchase. All Solus water bowls are appropriate for use indoors or outdoors for both residential and commercial installations.
