Rusted iron tree grates are unsafe and unsightly. Grates are expensive upfront, and their ridged structure does not hold up with seasonal changes. This often causes heaving and cracking, which creates trip hazards. Porous Pave is a much more cost effective solution upfront. Not to mention the benefits of reduced liability and lower long-term maintenance costs. Trees can now capture storm water runoff due to the product's high porosity and return that water back into the earth naturally. The ADA compliant surface eliminates trip hazards.
