Using both CLT (Cross Laminated Panels) and Glulam, Mass Timber buildings are becoming bigger and bigger. Approved for uses up to 18-stories tall in certain states, the advantage to using Mass Timber is both aesthetic and ease of installation. With all material pre-fabricated before onsite arrival, it limits assembly time.
