Breathable, Zero VOC and EPA compliant. Gator Hybrid sealer is the first water-base sealer with a natural low or high gloss finish, using a 100% pure high grade acrylic. It penetrates deep into the concrete, clay pavers and natural stone pores, thus reducing the oil, dirt penetration, and de-icing salt protection.
