BioD-Medium coir pith is a natural by-product from the coconut fiber industry. It is an excellent soil amendment. This soil-less plant-growing medium is a better alternative to peat moss. Coir dust yields better seed germination and reduces nursery time of seedlings. A 50 percent increase in root growth has been observed in many plant types when they are grown in coir dust based potting soil.
