Ideal Shield's Collapsible Locking Bollard is a new and improved option for our removable line of bollards. Designed to be the perfect solution for temporary vehicle access areas, this new fold-down bollard design is made from schedule 40 steel pipe and covered with an HDPE Bollard Cover. Collapsible Locking Bollards are easy to use and quick to install. Whether it's the 4" option or 6" option, base plate installation can be done in a matter of minutes. Once installed, the steel bollard can be collapsed in seconds by removing the lock, lifting the bollard an inch, and leaning it down to the ground. When grounded, the highest piece of the 4_ collapsible bollard system will be 6.5" tall, allowing service vehicles, trucks, and vans to clear it with ease. When standing upright, standard height to the top of the Bollard Cover dome top is 42_ but custom sizes are available upon request. For the bollard cover included, Ideal Shield's dome-top bollard covers or decorative bollard covers are available (depending on pipe size). The covers fit securely over the pipe and can be customized to meet any branding needs with any color or logo.
