PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

As part of an ongoing redevelopment of the former McDonnell Douglas/Boeing aerospace site, Jansen Park, a 2.0-acre green space at the eastern edge of the new Douglas Business Park, serves as an open space for campus tenants and visitors to walk and relax in the bountiful Southern California sunshine. The custom shade structure plays to the aeronautical history with a whimsical connection of hyperbolic shaped sails and dramatically angled steel columns to create an attractive outdoor space for visitors to read, eat and relax in the shade.
