It includes an annual pressure wash, a detailed condition report checking for cracks exceeding 2mm, seam separation, granulation, edge issues, sub-base failures, drainage problems, peeling, and delamination, and touch-ups covering up to 40, 80, or 120 sq ft. This service keeps playgrounds safe, clean, and free from debris, dirt, and organic buildup while providing predictable annual expenses and proactive damage documentation.
