A sealed bearing system that provides a smooth spinning motion. Children quickly learn to control the speed of their spin much like figure skaters, by leaning closer or farther away from the pole at the center of the spinner. The angled footing platform features PolyDek??? non-slip material. Intended for use by children ages 5 to 12.
